Anyone get GI issues with High Volume?

I wonder if costco will grab the oh yeah 1's

They carry the basic oh yeah! Bars

Not that i eat a lot of bars these days.
Admin can always make his own easy as hell with some vitafiber syrup if you want it more like OG Quest

The ones I saw had a decent amount of sugar though. Am I missing the good ones?

The honey almond are my go to. All sugar is from honey. Nothing to be overly concerned about (IMO). Especially given how rich it is in the other macronutrients.

Well with Rise bars you do not get a lot of junk added
Three to five ingredients. Pure whey isolate, real sweetener, some nuts, some fruit. That’s it.
With other bars on the market, labrada, quest etc they add a ton of other things which could cause the flare up.

True. I remember that was quests line years ago.

Fit Crunch Elite blows Quest out the water. They just need more flavors now. Still need to try the Oh YEAH ONE bars though.

The hand of god wouldnt stop this gas.....

Anybody here have issues with alphamine sending them running to the toilet?

Happens to me every time I use it (and before you ask, no I have not used any other supplements at all besides alphamine preworkout for the past several months).

Usually within 45 minutes of taking it I have severe GI discomfort and end up having to stop my workout and run to the toilet. It's terrible.

Most likely the choline. I would try half a scoop, and after a few days, try another half, etc., until you can take a full dose.

I thoguht it might be that as well because many people have a problem with Choline Bitartrate...can do that to some people but I ruled it out..but in your case, you might have an issue with it. Ever use it anything else?

Choline can lead to GI issues for some people.

Would that make a difference with the amount of time I've been using it though?

I've used alphamine off and on for a while, and I don't remember having issues like this originally.

Bought the new flavors though and its been nearly daily.

I don't really know honestly. I can't remember what all I've used in the past lol.

Also, FWIW I typically use 1.5 scoops each training day on an empty stomach. Sometimes a little more, sometimes a little less, depending on what I'm doing.

It might, yeah, so IMO doesn't hurt to try

Supplements that are guaranteed to give me the squirts are: High Volume, Alphamine, Ergonine and anything with even a hint of forskolin. In a position where I now need to sell off 3 tubs of Ergonine. I really rate these products which makes things worse, but each man has his limits. Before anyone asks, I've tried all manner of dosing/water/timing etc.
