Anyone Get Bloat/Belly Fat from Maca?

Just curious. I've taken 5g grams of maca before and noticed some bloat/belly fat increase and it seems to happen within 10 days of consistent use. I've seen some threads that it can aid in water retention. Just wondering if any of you have noticed this as a side effect.

No but that seems like a high dose. Do you really need that much?

That's the recommended dosage on the label and based on what I've read. In a search I've seen guys on here doing 10-12g. Thanks for the reply!
 
If you are using Raw Maca try gelatinized. Maca powder contains a lot of starch and in the raw form a lot of people have digestive issues. If that still doesn't work get a full spectrum quality extract.
