Anyone ever take up to 40 mg tadafil?

Lol not even close for me but I’m 100 percent sure people have. Lots of people like to push limits. I like 5mgs or so a day. Most I’ve ever taken was probably between 15 to 20mgs. I don’t have ed so even the daily dose works crazy well. And at 15 to 20 it messes with my sinuses. I’m not trying to get the horrid four hour boner that has to be drained with a needle. Lol

Holy sh&t that’s a big dose! Your lucky your dick didn’t just stay erect all day lol! 😂 😂 Did you notice much of a difference over the standard 20 mg dosage? Also at what point if any is it the law of diminishing returns?
 
I'm extremely sensitive to 5mg tadalafil. That alone works very well, but also gives me nasty side effects. Can't imagine what 40mg or 100mg would do to me lol.

Well to be honest the reason I took that
much is I am on doctor prescribed Cialis daily for 5 mg a day. It works pretty good. I purchased some extra tadafil from a research company at 20 mg doses. I took one and didn’t feel anything. Granted I didn’t try to have sex or look at porn or anything to stimulate me, but still usually at 20 mg I get erections out of nowhere. So I’m wondering if it is legit now so I took a 2nd 20 mg pill to test it.

I don’t feel anything on it so far so really wondering if it is bunk at this point. Guess I will give it a good test tonight so to speak lol. You think 40 mg could be taken safely daily man to be sexual machine or might it lower blood pressure too much? I bet the muscle pumps on 40 mg a day is the best!
 
I wouldn’t take 40 mg a day for long periods at a time. I’ve taken that much for 2 or 3 days and then break from it for several days. Cialis isn’t supposed to become dependent but like anything your body will adjust and will take more to get results if you take for long periods of time.

side note if 40mg doesn’t help you, it’s bunk

So changes something or does something in the brain that's detectable, if I understand, but it's unknown what

Ya I wouldn't take often high dose though... 40mg and an 18 hour half life you're looking at steady 60 mgs in the system in a few days.

is Tadafil even a compound that is frequently faked bro? It seems relatively cheap cost wise if it is not prescription based but research chemical sold.

Im gonna take 20 mg of my prescription based tadafil tomorrow and see if I notice a difference in reaction to the research chemical tadalfil so I can determine with a fair amount of certainty if it is bunk.

20mg has me bulging like a sausage balloon that’s been squeezed at one end.......I know about it for sure.

I only take 10mg nowadays and only when I want to proper go to town and leave devastation in my wake
 
I get a massive headache at 60mg, I reckon my head would explode at 100.
I normally take 40mg per week spread out 10mg Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat.
 
You might get a headache the next day but it probably won’t hurt you to do 40-60mg on occaision

100mgs of cialis? What brand? Is it ug lab? I took 40mg once and it blocks my nasal passages and way too strong. Have to break those in half and it still blocks the nasal passage a bit. I have a few hundred Cialis from various UG sponsors that don’t do anything for me at 40mgs though so I don’t know what’s up.

I bought some 100mg/ml cilias online, and I thought it was only 10mg per ml. But, no adverse side effects, no problems.

I’m gonna bet the 20mg from your pharmacy works just fine. I’ve been using cialis for over 20 years and for some reason only a few brands work for me now. One was a 2 pack blister that came from India that can’t get through customs anymore. The other was a 40mg that came in a 10pack I forgot the brand. For some reason most of then UG caps don’t work for me. The ones that are generic in blisters do.
