I am really struggling to get any motivation to do anything, we were locked down something like 188 days out of last year so no gym on those days and now this year we are in lockdown number 3 this year with this current running over 100 days (I honestly don't even know anymore)

I have got so fat these past 2 years, I am depressed, I am sore, I am tired and I think we will be locked down another month atleast. I need help, gym was the only thing that made me de-stress and happy.

Does any one have any advice? any fun bodyweight training or something just to get me through this (hopefully) last month of lockdown.

I am and it definitely has been extremely tough on me physically and mentally.

Just remember it will get better and muscle memory will have us back in no time
