Recently I have become a fan of Dave's. I checked out his site and he has some interesting articles. One of the reasons he is influential to me is because he is about my height 6' and the weight I'd like to be lean 225 lbs. Most of the guys I've seen that have a physique I'd like to have have been 6' 1" or taller, but I'd love to have a physique like Dave's.
