There is 150mg of an added digestive enzyme (DigeZyme) in the new promises protein
I personally find Promises sits easier than the OL Superior Protein as its mostly WPI (11.5g WPI, 6g Casein, 5.5g WPC, and 2g WPH)

the original Superior protein was a WPC/Casein (13.7g Each) mix with 100mg Digezyme,
Promises has less Concentrate & Casein and more WPI & Digestive Enzyme which would tend to be easier for most.

My gut generally does not get along with milk Protein at all, but Dygezime made the Superior extremely Easy to digest (even in way larger servings than the One on the label) and Promises feels like water on my stomach. Zero gas-bloat

lol @ some of these comments. But seriously, I didn't have OL's protein at all the past 2 days and I was totally fine. Gonna try it again today and see. Will report back.
