Anyone eat every hour? This seems to be working for me-->

And so on. I eat fats later on at night

Has anyone tried this? works well for me!
 
ive never heard of this nor would i ever try it or codone trying it. no offense but if it works for you fine but your food just doesn't digest this fast and will quickly lead to a constantly insulin spike, which will pack fat on in no time.
 
each to his own, I can usually eat clean every 2 hours and not pack on fat. If the 'meals' don't exceed 300calories your probably okay.
 
I try to eat every 2 hours while bulking. Its the only way I can get down ~4500 calories and still get a reasonable mount of sleep.

I'm not gaining a once of fat. I'm getting leaner each day. It's crazy and amazing!

I'm on GH, IGF and Test. My appetite it through the roof. I get hungry every hour.
 
I guess I should have added that in the begining. ha!

I'd be a fat tub of crap if I ate like that naturally.

People at work wonder how I can eat so much and not get fat. I love giving them the 5 day a week cardio BS line!
