Nope. I tried an experiment using them and just included them with my food intake (at maintenance) to see if it would effect my BF% levels.. they didn't. n=1 but they didn't do anything for me. I still think they are good for general health though
My mom is seeing results from staking GCBE with Raspberry Ketones. I don't know of many others using it. GBCE before pro/carb meals and RK before pro/fat meals. She eats 4 meals +1 post workout shake
So, if you're a women in your mid 50's, I'd say its worth a try.

There are a crap ton of cool/great reps and sponsors here for sure - but the waters still get muddied fast when you attempt to unveil the bottom line
