Anyone a Clive Barker fan?

I've loved Hellraiser since the first time I saw it, which was probably a good 11 years a go. I just started collecting the new Hellraiser comics written by Clive himself, but I was thinking about checking out some of his books. Which one do you think I should start with?

One of my favorite books is The Thief of Always by Clive Barker.

Books of Blood 1-6 are awesome and are a collection of short stories. The hellbound Heart is good and Cabal is another I really really liked.

Hellraiser comics? Haha that's wicked! I'm gonna have to check that out! Big fan!

Clive Barker has a lot of pretty awesome comics actually. Def worth checking them out.

Excellent choice.

It's a pretty easy read, but he paints such dramatic and wild images in your mind with such simplicity.

Cool thanks for the recommendations. I never heard of The Thief of Always.

I highly recommend it.

Not Clive Barker, but my two favorite books ever are The Alienist, and The Angel of Darkness by Caleb Carr. Two part story, historical thrillers about serial killers in NY around horse and carriage time line involving the burgeoning field of psychology and criminology.
