Anybody use them lately?

I'm thinking about ordering from them but have seen some mixed feedback...just wanted to hear from people who've used them lately. How's the quality of their ingredients and are they typically pretty quick with orders or does it take awhile to get things?

I'm thinking about using them to create my own cycle support mix...prices look great, so I'm hoping the quality is there too.
