Anybody ran 11-kt and 7 keto at the same time?

Yes and good results. Main fat loss comes from the 11 but 7 does do a good job of kicking it up a notch. I used both iron legion 11/7 when I ran them.

iron legion 11-kt is only available in Europe now... actually 11-kt seemed to have mixed reviews, everyone seems to get great results with Invictus/vii-kt.
 
Yes, the good'ol 7/11 stack! had great results!
