Hi, I'm new to the forum, I'm a 24 year old bodybuilding fan/enthusiast, I am finally getting serious about it myself! Ive been training on and off since I was 16, and I'm looking to educate myself more, I feel like the more I learn and figure out most of the info is junk you have to weed through. So anyways this is just me saying hello.

yeah im from tulsa but im currently going to school in tahlequah right now. I suggest you hit up symmetry gym. Its geared 100% for meatheads; everyone in there is serious about training and you'll learn alot if your willing to socialize. Its cheap as hell too, 24/7 as well.
