This isn’t really true though. It’s, at best, oversimplifying things; there are at least some “anabolic agents” that are explicitly listed as not able to be classified as SARMS.

The bill sucks but it doesn’t change the game. You lift & wanna take PEDs, you’ll end up buying illegal stuff that shouldn’t be scheduled, but it is. You can smoke yourself to lung cancer in this country but you’re an outlaw if you take test cuz you wanna get jacked, and it’s been that way for a long time. No surprises here.
