I'm using it now. I wated both strength gains but to also be able to use your normal bodybuilding routine. You gotta get used the volume, but I like high volume training. I was running a log of it but I fckin deleted the thread by accident instead of anther one I was trying to delete..oh well
I've had good strength gains from it..got my squat up to 465x2
