I am currently trying two lose some weight mainly fat while trying to retain muscle by trying out carb-cycling. I am 26 years old and my stats are 5ft 10inch currently weigh 170lbs. Any advice on my current diet plan would be great appreciated. I sometimes feel like my strength has increased and is kinda stuck currently.
My goal is to be somewhat slim but toned. My current macros are to eat about 45% protein and 30% fat and 25% carbs on low carb days.
