Any suggestions for a workout routine?

I have reached a plateauI've been doing a 4 day split upper/lower routine, however I'm considering changing to a 5 or 6 day divided plan were I will focus on 1 or 2 muscle groups per day?

Layne Norton's PHAT training is a good one for bodybuilding.
