I’m a beginner and I want to put on some mass. Are there any supplements/hormones that could assist me and not have many negative effects? I’m eating a surplus and take BCAAs, whey, creative, and fish oil.

do some research on mk677 its probably what ur looking for :)
workout for atleast 2 years consistently before you use anything though (imo)

When you say you're a beginner, how many years of lifting experience do you have? What kind of results have you been getting? How big is your surplus?

MK677 will not shut you down or cause oily skin. If you are diabetic you should not take though. You may experience water weight increase and an increased appetite. Some experience feeling tired post taking it. Will increase GH and IGF.

Vector by Black Lion Research will improve strength, endurance, and ability to gain lean mass.

Follidrone 2.0 by Black Lion Research is great for recomps/lean mass gains.

Agreed with this. I'd add on anafuse and anabolic effect to the mix. All great options.

If youre a beginner you really dont need any supplements to see steady regular progressive overload. Furthermore, I think supplements for a beginner will only make monitoring progression unecessarily convoluted.

At this stage Id be experimenting with dieting protocols and discovering what foods and training you respond well to.

Keep in mind, as a beginner you will experience steroid-like gainz/recomping if your diet and training is adequate. Srs.

Mk677 is great. I recommend 25 mg at night. It has a 24 hour half life so you only need to dose it once a day/night. It will make you hungry.
It's a growth hormone secretagogue so it should put on some mass. Doesn't improve strength that much for me though.
If you are a beginner, try a combo of 1 and 4 andro(super Mandro and andro the giant are the two best brands.

Youre a beginner lol, youd be wasting your time, money and natty-ness taking this sh1t. Youll learn nothing about fundamentals adding crap like this in. Its pure laziness.

I don't mess with sarms much
I have nothing against them, I just haven't tried them. Mk677 makes me a little tired which is why I take it at night. It doesn't affect my energy throughout the day at all. I wouldn't recommend any prohormones/sarms if you don't even have a good workout routine yet. You should make the gains you can Natty because you will make gains fast in the beginning. Not trying to tell you what to do lol. Just my advice. Like I said, 4 andro is a relatively benign prohormone that can put on mass, but it does require pct.
