Any Reccomendations for 1st cycle?!

Hey whats up everyone?! I'm a newbie to the roid game but am starting to get into taking them. I am 20 years old 5'11 220 lbs. i don't know how much body fat. I am looking to either bulk or cut so that i look good for the summer and then for the fall since i'm about to start a new college in august. i don't have a lot of money but i was wondering what would be my best option to take for a first cycle if i'd like to bulk or cut?! please keep it between $400-500 tops. Thanks a lot.

Wait one year, that is assuming you're 15% BF or under. How long and often you been hittin the gym?
