No I am not. I wanted to ask a PT a very specific PT (exercise) question.

Without seeing your posture and how your humerus/scapula glide during movement, I can't help out too much. AC joint pain is very convoluted (as is the whole shoulder itself) and haphazardly giving out advice won't help you out.
