Any Nurses/Medics on here? BEST HOME BP Device?

I dont trust most of the home BP machines and the wrist ones are garabge/inaccurate.

There arent any that I know of personally. I think pretty much all of them have problems with being inaccurate. But your best bet would probably be talking to the pharmacist at Walgreens. If you just want check it now and then. Walgreens should have a list of where they have monthly blood pressure checks. They will take it manually which is alot more accurate than any machine

I have an Omron wrist B/P cuff in my gear that I use. It works pretty well and I've been happy with it. I still usually take B/P's manually when I treat people though while in clinic settings. In the field is when I tend to use the wrist one because of time, noise etc. Accuracy is of course very important, but so is consistency. If I know the equipment is reads a tad on the low or high side, but is consistent then I can adjust for that in my mind.

Thanks
