Any non franchise supp store in Nyc?

I am trying to find some supplement stores around the nyc area that is non franchised operated. I was able to find one around West 36/37th st.
Any other Nyc'ers know any other stores besides the usual Vitaminshoppe/Gnc?

There is one down in chelsea, 15th st between 7 and 8th. They have some good stuff, prices are high though.
