Any late delivery experience with generasupplements?

I have placed order on 12/JUNE/2008. 23days now but still get nothing. Emailed to ask for track number but no reply. Did you guys try that before??
I tried another site at the same time, just 7 days and I got my item.
 
I ordered a product of theirs off of nutraplanet and had no problems getting it pretty quickly. Did you order it off of nutraplanet or off the genera website, it would probably have been cheaper to order it off of nutraplanet for future reference.
 
There have been some late deliveries from the Genera Website (very, very, very few)but this has been due to oversea orders that ask for there orders to be shipped by regular mail. This shipping method can sometimes take forever. But of coarse according to the customer this is my problem and I get smashed on the boards. We ship your order out as quickly as possible and we usually make of for the delay by adding extra product in there for our customers.

But of course those guys are quick to bash but not to say hey I live in BFE international and wanted them to ship by regular USPS. And when they finally get their product there are no thanks or hey thanks for the extras or anything.

We do not charge any extra for international shipping. We take care of our customers. I have sent extras at no cost to those who have received late. But sometimes things happen and we have no control over.

But to answer your question we have a very good turn around rate. Thanks.
