nice...I was just browsing over at NP and I'm like wtf is Atomic-H??! My order is apparently at my house already (of other stuff)..in only 2 days!!

The original was 50mg/tab this is going to be 25 mg/cap. This makes it convenient for those who want to start out at 25mg/day rather than having to break the tabs in half. So dosing will be between 25-50mg/day.

My apologies for the delay in response gentlemen. Needing to make sure all my i's are dotted and t's crossed. So far everything is on schedule and we hoping to receive our shipment relatively soon.

I've attached a copy of the COA. This batch is good until 2009 so no problems with stocking up *hint hint*

The result looks good. But who did the test? Why is that info omitted?

No disrespect, but anyone can type up a COA. With this being the internet, people would feel a little bit more comfortable if more info is given, rather than just the result. Not saying you made it up. But your foreign supplier could. In China, you can get anything. :D We just don't know. If the lab's name and address are posted, at least we can ask the lab to authenticate the report.

I have ordered from NP and love the quick service. So, don't take this the wrong way.
 
No offense taken BioHazard, there are some legal reasons as to why that info has been omitted. I really can't disclose any more details than that. The supplier is a well respected and well known source, and I have done business with them many times over with success...

I know this post probably doesn't suffice but all I can say is trust me--for whatever that's worth...

But I will never intentionally do anything to jeopardize the trust my customers place in me.

I see on the COA that the chemical name is 4-chloro-17a-methyl-andro-4-ene-3,17diol. However, on my box of Halodrol the chemical name is different, it is 4-chloro-17a-methyl-androst-1-4-diene-3-17b-diol. These two are similiar, but not the same, and i know that a slightly different chemical structure can make a big difference. Maybe someone else can elaborate on this?

There is a link to this in one of the Prometabolix threads,I think it is the one that says Hmax presale,or one of them search and you will find it,there is still alot of controversy about what exactly halodrol is, do a search.You will find out some info.

4-chloro-17a-methyl-androst-4-ene-3,17diol was the ingredient for Promagnon-25. H-Drol is 4-chloro-17a-methyl-androst-1,4-diene-3,17diol - as it is dehydrogenated.

My order of 2 bottles is shipped, and I'll be happy either way, but I just want to know.
 
Who will run a log on this Atomic-H ??? Hopefully someone who has already run a log on HD-50 so we can get info/feedback on if the results are similar.
 
What a crazy day today!!!

I recently paid to get an independent test run on the Atomic-H and just received the results back today. Good news is it's most definitely Halo...but bad news is it was underdosed...WAY UNDERDOSED! Each capsule which is supposed to be 25 mg is only 6.71 mg!!!

I've been on the phone all day long trying to find out what happened and how the ball was dropped. Unfortunately this came to no avail and only found the buck being passed from one hand to the other. I was shocked when one of the responses I received was to just ignore it and not to worry about it!

The only conclusion I can come up with is the error (whether accidental or intentional) rests either with the supplier or the manufacturer who bottled and capped it.

To all our customers who purchased the Atomic-H, my sincerest apologies to you. A full refund has been applied back to your card and will post to your card within 2-3 business days.

Needless to say this mistake will cost thousands of dollars but I have a moral responsibility to my customers who have put their trust in me and my company. It's not just about making a buck...it's about making a difference.

Again my deepest apologies.

BTW - this is a very honest thing to do. You repeatedly earn my respect.
 
If the MO's were cashed, a check will be sent as refund, if the MO has not been cashed, we will simply return the MO back to you.

So, are you gonna liquidate your atomic-h bottles at ridiculous prices or send them back to where you got them?

On a side note, just to mention how I like your customer service : I just received my order which wasn't big at all but syntrax nectar samples and complimentary np tshirt (XXl as requested) were in the package, so thanks for those :woohoo: .
 
We are currently sold out and having to take a loss on the whole endeavor...

a lot of other online supplement comanies could learn a lot from NutraPlanet, maximum respect goes out to stryder!

THis incident also brings to light the wild side of hypertrophic supp business. Dayumn! At least we now know NP cares about the stuffs they offer.

Well I wouldnt bother taking them, since it would take 7+ caps to equal one regular halo.

He did that for me the first time I bought from Nutraplanet. Always on point with the best prices on everything.

Now, people who haven't been using Nutra get a glimpse of the operation. I think you're right about the trust factor.
