Any ideas for a bulk plan any looking for advice

okay I jus want it to be easier to see instead of going through pages of things

The problem with that is there is not set plan that works for everyone. Plus, it depends on how long you've been training, what your diet looks like, how well you recover, how seriously you take recovery, etc. Too many factors to just try and have someone give you some tips.
