Issue with new bottle of Sustain Alpha, pump stopped working.

Any recommendations or advice.

Pop the cap off the BOTTOM with a butter knife, flip the knife around, and use the handle to push up on the piston until all air is expelled. (note: if you're a jackass and use a steak knife, and cut your own hand off, please take a video and post it for our enjoyment)

Not great, but I'm able to get the gel out now by pushing it up through the tube.

Usually if you remove all air, you can pump it. Sometimes you just have to push from the bottom though.
