Any good quad inject picture?

I am not really a fan of the quad pics on spotinjections.com. Anyone have any other better pictures? I know there is a lot of nerves in the area and I really don't want to mess it up the first time. I need new injection spots though so I figured I would try quad. Thanks guys.

haha no no i said i am NOT a fan of the quad pics on spotinjections and was wondering if you guys had pictures from any other sources?

check that out guys.. this a good place to go? i dont know whether im supposed to hit the middle head or the one more towards the hamstring?

that is my quad by the way so the square may not be right

Dude, you didn't have to paint your leg, why didn't you just put a square on MS Paint? :)

The spot should be just a little more upwards (towards your torso) and a little more towards the side (outer leg). To me it's really easy and it's the only spot I use.
 
hahaha I just used a pen, it was quick casue it was lying on the desk. yeah i ended up pinning in the area you described, it is a little sore today but not as bad as i thought it would be.
