I'm in a spot where I'd like to throw in something mild to assist with bulking back up.
I'm lifting 4x a week, and MMA 4X a week. When I was just lifting I was happy with my weight 6 foot 212-215lbs, now that I added an immense amount of cardio I'm dropping weight quickly (Yes I added in extra food but that has just leveled me off at 206lbs)
Current sups: Creatine, Beta alanine, Taurine, Multi vits, Fish oil, Cyto max.
I have two medical concerns when it comes to taking supplements these days, the first is Hashimotos Thyroiditis (asymptomatic and do not need meds for it), and also we are looking to have kids soon so I do not want to take anything that will mess with my reproductive health.
Things that are catching my attention at the moment:
Alphamax XT (Will this effect reproductive health?)
Anabeta elite but it has a thyroid warning on it.
Follidrone 2.0 or Anafuse (But I lost way to much weight on original Follidrone)
Any others?
