I emailed you guys last month asking for Core's products.

since i'm addicted to you guys (no homo) i'd like to buy thier products

from you & nowhere else .

I buy them aswell. One of the best lines out there for my needs and they just released Core ABC with BCAAs, beta A, and CM at a great low low price and it tastes fantastic.

x2..they have great products, their MRP is a fantastic formula and I can't wait to try ABC..especially if they expand their flavors.

Core MRP falls right into Bobo's love for oats. Bobo turned my train of thought on carbs pre and post workout.

Care to elaborate? In so much as what your train of thought was and what it now is.

Well I had to pay Bobo and he would not take kindly to me spewing his info for free.

But if you search the AM, you will find exhaustive threads where Bobo testifies with science and theory.

Sorry - I didn't know the info was not allowed to be discussed.

Here's some of his posts/threads discussing the topic:

My guess is prior you were into WMS and have switched to oats?

I was just thinking about homebrewing something like Core ABC for myself... it looks pretty solid. I'm sure it tastes better than anything I'd make.

I'd swap out the glutamine with creatine mono or magnesium chelate, but it still looks like a good product.

(Actually, I'd do the same thing with their MRP.)

I forgot to add.....Core ABC tastes like grape Koolaid, Core MRP tastes like chocolate cake batter, and core PWO tastes like Coco Puffs. :-)

I just got some ABC...good stuff. Reminds me of Xtend with extra Citrulline and Beta Alanine. It has a good flavor and mixes well. I mixed 1 serving of ABC with 1 serving watermelon Xtend and it was good.

Looks good, but anyone can make some similar at home for a lot less than almost $24 plus shipping for 15 servings!.

I haven't tried Core MRP, but Core ABC is a great deal at Nutraplanet's pricing.

breaking down the price:
per container (bulk prices from Nutra- small containers):

500 grams of BCAA $19.95
125 grams beta alanine $9.90
125 grams citrulline malate $15.00

bulk total = $44.85

Core ABC = $44.95

That doesn't include any flavoring either so add a few bucks there and buying in bulk is actually more expensive in this case.

Ok heres what i did

$40 for 1000 grams of BCAA
$44 for 500 grams of CM
$20 for 500 grams of BA

if i have 5 a day for CM and BA, then 10 a day for BCAA's that will last me 100 days.

100 days of Core ABC is 180 dollars. With core you also get Aspartame. It's also a little inconvenietn. I could take BA and CM in the morning, then have CM BA and BCAA's during my workout. Post workout get some more BCAA's. With Core I'd have to get those BCAA's in the morning.

On top of all of this Core has some glutamine which from lots of research has told me small amounts of glutamine acts like a filler.
