Any Chance for Baldness On Ostarine

I have been doing a baby dose of about 7mg of Ostarine a day. I notice the hair on the very tip of my scalp seems thinner, and I can see some pores.

Is Ostarine known for baldness?

I don't notice any hair shedding, etc.

Is there any way to tell if this is my imagination?
 
Everytime someone is worried about things happening it seems to happen. Ostarine has no androgenic activity in the prostate but in the skeletal muscle and bones. Aas androgenic activity is in the prostate and sebaceous glands and therefore sarms should not cause any androgenic sides that aas would. So the answer is no, it also doesn't cause liver damage.

The aas androgenic and anabolic activity is also very misleading because of how its measured (rats and the prostate). Some steroid like halotestin which is super anabolic doesn't add much size if any and masteron which looks mild on paper tends to shed hair very easily. The only way to really know how much you'd get from a steroid is by studies on people using them.

If the studies did give us a measurement how much gains we would make anyone would take halotestin or anavar or epistane with the later two being quite safe. not tren, deca, anadrol etc etc.




This is highly based on genetics and personally I can run tren mast and winstrol and not shed one hair while some can't take Tbol (almost only anabolic) without shedding hair.

Let's hope I am having real ostarine. My dose is low, as you can tell. I get elevated Creatinine and Lower HDL levels. The lower HDL levels tell me something androgenic is going on.

I hope nothing more serious is going on, like kidney problems, etc.

I know, I worry too much. I just want to be more hyper-vigilant now, rather than make a mistake by omission later.

Well even if you had fake ostarine what would you get? A steroid? Not sure that's cheaper to make. Let's say you'd have anadrol, well any normal male with an healthy body can take a ton of anadrol without having problems. You could feel bad sure but even if you do that doesn't mean your body will shut down. Cholesterol can change with diet and having a little change for a short term isn't gonna kill you. Having a really bad cholesterol for a month is less harmful than having bad cholesterol for a year.
 
Sometimes the easiest ways to avoid sides is to learn EVERYTHING you can on the compound BEFORE you run it. This way you can be confident on what to expect and look for. I'm not saying you didnt do your homework, but read the studies and the personal use reports and make sure you "know what you know." Chados is 100% correct, if your thinking you'll lose hair you'll see it. If your so concerned with your bp then I'd bet your bp is going to rise. The body is an amazing tool and the mind controls the whole darn thing.
 
Trest has no DHT pathway either but is highly androgenic in itself, therefore it causes hair loss.

That said I do not believe that ostarine is androgenic, not sure if it affects the AR in the scalp though. I would assume not but not 100% sure.

Anytime you mess with with your hormonal balance you can cause hair loss, especially if predisposed.

My guess though is that it is probably all in your head.

That's the thing.. Sarms are androgenic but not like aas.. It has no effect on hair
 
I love how all these internet gurus, are now ‘self proclaimed sarms experts’ ....There are no long term sarm studies and the fact that one can not be 100% certain what they are getting is enough stress in itself to cause anxiety, hair loss etc.

(I was considering a sarm stack a month or so ago and have decided against it)

These fly by night companies, know that as men, we want something safe that has no sides and no hairloss! So of course in their adverts they are gonna make osta etc. seem like the holy grail....TO TAKE YO MONNNAYYYY
 
I think osta causes some anxiety in certain men and that anxiety will then fixate on the potential side effects you could experience when taking a hormonal drug. Some people like osta for its “on” feeling but I think there is a fine line between feeling on and feeling anxious, or overstimulated. Don’t get overwhelmed with thoughts of balding and try to enjoy the cycle.

Well there are studies by scientists proving it has no androgenic sides comparable to aas because they don't act the same in the body. Going against that would be going against science and sure science isn't always right but that's all we got
 
While ostarine is undoubtedly much more selective than real gear, I don’t think we can yet say with 100% certainty that it absolutely cannot cause hair loss. Yes, there is data showing activity in muscle and bone tissue and little to none in the prostate, but S4 is supposed to do the same thing and it has androgenic activity in the eyes. Don’t worry, I’m aware they’re completely different compounds, but again, they are supposed to do the same thing, but later, we find out S4 is having androgenic activity in other tissue. Ostarine just hasn’t been studied enough yet. There haven’t been studies on the types of doses we’re taking, nor the length of time. The dose in this thread is quite low, relatively speaking, but still more than double the max dose used in studies.

I don't think they just found out. They knew what it did and that's the purpose of sarms, they don't act the same as aas

If you just go by studies, 1-3mg. Bodybuilders generally take anywhere from 10-50mg. 25mg seems to be the most common recommendation, I’d probably go with that. I’ve done 20 and 25, not much difference in results, the only difference was in the brand and amount per capsule.
 
Just wanna add that ostarine is absolutely useless for muscle building. As a cutter it works much better or possibly a recomp but the main thing is the control of cortisol stopping one from adding fat.
