Any BLR reps here? Emailed support twice but no reply

I placed a big order back in March which got stuck in UK customs and was returned to sender. I’ve emailed BLR twice asking to have it sent to me again on my dime but haven’t heard back from them, nor have I received a refund. Given the value of the order I can’t just let this go. Are there any BLR reps on AM who I could speak with?
