Any advise for beginner...

Hi everyone. I'm new to this site but not to lifting. I have just ordered Mega TRN & Mega ZOL and would like advise as to how to take as a beginner. I'm looking to add mass.

My advice would be that you should have known what you were doing before you ordered the product.

Also, you posted this in the wrong forum. I moved it here to the GL forum because I know that grexx is very helpful and patient. I am sure he will provide you some input.
 
OK, first piece of advice, please put those products away for a rainy day. There is no way that you are ready for them, based on your question. Not trying to bust your balls, but this is how I feel. If you want mass, these 2 aren't the products that you want. In all honesty, I am not going to offer any advice for these compounds just yet. I will give you some advice on adding mass the best way there is. Throuh proper training and diet, you will build far more muscle mass than just arbitrarily picking things. Keep the workouts to 4 days/week 45-60 minutes long. Chest on day 1, back on day 2, legs on day 3, rest day 4, arms/delts on day 5, rest the next 2 days. Keep the diet high in quality protein, moderate in complex carbs, moderate in fats (flax, fish oil, olive oil, etc). Do this for 8-12 months and then ask me that question.
 
grexx is absolutely right. You have a long time before you need or even consider anything like that. Just lift heavy with alot of good protein,carbs and fats.And make sure you sleep. I made my biggest gains when I started getting 8-10 hrs compared to 6-8. It is more important than people think.
Food and sleep go hand and hand. If one lacks,no gains. Good lifting
 
well he did mention he's not new to lifting and just new to the site.. I'm not familiar with M-TRN and usually Zol is used stacked towards the end of a cycle.. but if you have virgin receptors you definately don't need to stack anything.. maybe Grexx will read this thread again..
 
If i were to make a singular reomendation it would be x-mass(60 day run, not 30) at standard dosing with a proper hypercaloric diet and adequate training
 
The products you bought are not realy for gaining mass. You should try stacking x-mass and pharomone x, as they are more for putting on mass. The zol and trn are more for cutting. I'm sure you will find all this info on the companies website.
 
I really don't understand that why beginners wanna try these advanced stuffs .

stick with basic/compound movements and whey for your protein suppliments for at least three months and then talk about some serious stuffs..
