Anxiety Side Effects from Sparta Cereberus and NandroMax?

Been lurking here for a while and it has been an invaluable resource. I now have a question. I'm currently in week 6 of 8 running Sparta Cerberus (1,4 andro and Epiandro) and Nandromax (19-nor). This is my 3rd run with the andros and have not had any side effects till now. I'm 34 been lifting since aboyt 16 and currently sitting at 202lbs with ~12% bf.

In the past couple weeks i have been experiencing anxiety boarding on panic attacks. This has never been an issue, so trying to figure out what the hell is happening. So was more curious if these symptoms could be caused by what I'm taking. If not caused by I have a suspicion they are intensifying. My gut is telling me to just stop them go into PCT and be done with them. But would like to hear other's opinions if at all possible.

Are you using an AI? Your E2 could be high. 4-andro converts to testosterone and 19-nor-andro converts to nandrolone, both of which aromatize.

I am not, though i do have exemestane on hand. With 2 weeks left in the cycle do you think adding in exem now would be beneficial, or wait till PCT?

thanks

If your E2 is high, then it would certainly be beneficial to add it in now. Are you experiencing any other symptoms of high E2? They include: water retention, high blood pressure, brain fog, insomnia, erectile dysfunction, fatigue. Bloodwork would obviously be the best option, but I certainly don't get bloodwork every time my E2 is high. By now, I know my body well enough to know when it is. If you don't though, you take the risk of crashing your E2, which is also unpleasant.

Steroids can cause anxiety, in general, and it's not always estrogen-related. However, the fact that haven't experienced it before and it is only now occurring 6 weeks in makes me think your E2 has started to creep up on you. Also, you added in the 19-nor-andro this time, so it may be causing you estrogen sides that you hadn't experienced previously.

Thanks for the detailed reply. Definitely having trouble sleeping/staying asleep. Which then has the effect of causing the brain fog. Dont see/feel any water retention. no ED issues, but that could be the result of the cialis i take preworkout. I will say the past couple of weeks it's been more difficult to finish. Not impossible, just harder and didnt feel as good as it usually does. Which makes the wife insecure/upset.

Not everyone experiences every symptom on that list. It sounds like your E2 is high, but there is no way to know for sure without bloodwork.

EpiAndro can have a negative effect on Gaba, which in turn can cause anxiety.
