Anxiety and how to help calm it

About Inositol i already took it but i think i started with a high dosage (although far from the 18g). I think it was like 4 or 5g and gave me a massive diarrhea in the next day. Then i reduced the dosage and everything was ok but i didn´t felt any positive results from it. Maybe i had to increase the dosage slowly.

L-Teanine, sometimes i take it, but only 200mg. Next time i´ll try those 1 to 1.2g. I guess 200mg is a really weak dosage.
you took really weak dosages compared to what you are going thru

200 mg doesnt do nothing for me, 1 gram does
 
only thing i need or rec is "kava kava" its the best option out there IMO. for big or small issue.. and helps sleep, non addictive and dont build tolerance and its safe as hell.

I've been looking into that lately. I'm thinking of trying it out.
 
Tianeptine during day with 5-HTP at night was the best for me. Completely forgot to mention the addition of 5-HTP at night. Definitely helps with the initial insomnia too

I have decided Phenibut does nothing until I am actually asleep.. I took 2g last night and didn't notice a single thing until it was time for me to wake up this morning. I could have slept for days it felt like and I did not wake up once last night.

I've been looking into that lately. I'm thinking of trying it out.

I rec the extract paste to avoid taste if you dont like the root drink, I just rol it into a ball and take like a pill. both work good. feel free to PM me if you want to know the place i use for extract and place i use for powdered root.
its been a god send. and iv even given it to friends and have yet to meet more than 1 that didnt like it (other than taste thats most of them HAHAHA)

the root is completely safe and NOT toxic. not the upper part and leaves that many companies used when it got very popular many years ago, to save money or just didnt know what they where doing... thats another story...
ONLY use ROOT of kava kava, the leaves are hard on body.
that on top of chemical extractions and people (mostly young) taking whole containers to try (get a buzz) and the data from improperly made extractions that can harm body is what lead to it being banned in many places , most banns have been lifted now, but some restrictions still apply.

look into the history of its use and the cultures that use it like we do coffee.
 
Saturday i took 1g of Theanine in the morning and i really didn´t feel much, but in afternoon, about 4 our 5h later, omg.. i started to get sleepy as i didn´t slept for 3 days. I really had to lay down and slept for a while. Then i woke up, i had dinner and i had to lay down again.

Yesterday i took again Tianeptine, in really small dosages. I really don´t know exactly how much because my 0.001g scale doesn´t measure really well low weights but i guess like 5 or 6mg. Took it at around 11am and then again around 4pm. Late on afternoon i started to get nausea again, like the first time. Like my head was in space and my vision has a delay. Every move i made it seemed my vision has a delay of a second or two and i hadn´t not much balance. Today i still have a little of nausea too but not as much as yesterday, it seems and i hope i´m recovery.

Thats the second time i have nausea when i take Tianeptine. I had to try a third time but it will be the last one if that happens again. Or it´s a big coincidence or my body doesn´t agree at all with it.

Sometimes i have that nausea feeling even not taking Tieaneptine (but i got it both times i took it) and i suspect it can be caused from spending too much time on computer. I have days i spend like 12 or 13 hours looking at the screen between work and leisure. Starting today, i´ll try to cut it down.

So, maybe Tianeptine worsens that existing condition, i don´t know. It´s a shame because it seems anxiety lowered a little bit but i can´t handle that nausea.
 
Also, I have not noticed any acute anxiety benefits from the dosage of Bacopa, Ashwaghanda, and Rhodiola as it pertains to my palpitations.. It seems like the Atenolol has been the only thing to help the palpitations and not even that much.

Not sure if you've already mentioned this (and I'm way too lazy this early in the morning to review 10 pages of posts) but have you tried extra magnesium during the day to help with your anxiety? I typically increase my dose of a slow release magnesium supplement (magnesium malate made by Jigsaw) when I cycle off ashwagandha (like I'm currently doing) and it also works very well. I don't get the slight mood boost like I do with ashwagandha but it does seem to work a little better with anxiety.
 
These last days i start taking Black Hole, Orange Triad and Omega 3 and it seems my Anxiety levels lowered considerable. Not a massive drop but it´s noticeable and any improve is welcome. On critical situations i didn´t notice much improvement yet and my fears are still there but before, my Anxiety was almost 24/7 and now at least i can rest some parts of the day.

Maybe it´s placebo, maybe are those "good days", maybe it´s any ingredient in any of the both supplements, i don´t know. I had taken Orange Triad and Omega 3 before and i hadn´t noticed any major improvement, so maybe it´s any ingredient in Black Hole.. Or maybe the root of my Anxiety can be on digestive system and Black Hole is helping with that. I really don´t know whats happening but i hope there´s not placebo effect.

I don´t believe it´s from Tianeptine since i only took 2 low doses on Saturday. Unless it has a strong effect on my body.

Tianeptine is by far one of the strangest supplements I've ever used for a variety of reasons. But as far as sleep, last night was the latest I ever took a dose (6pm), and my sleep was affected negatively for sure. At doses of 12mg, it's mildly stimulating but calming, but higher than that, makes me feel too relaxed. But at the higher doses, the comedown is stimulating again. I won't be taking it later than 4pm anymore.
 
It is definitely mentally stimulating at the recommended 12mg dose in my experience. I would not use it any time near bed.

I think I'm going to try some Tianeptine. Nothing's been helping me really. Last night I woke up a couple times and felt like I was going crazy. I was half asleep and trying to solve problems and make to do lists everytime in my half dreaming half awake stage. Before going to bed I was really tired but I just could not get comfortable anywhere and felt like my body was really stiff and my mind just seemed jumbled and confused almost. It was weird.

Is there a good source for Tianeptine in tabs or caps? I don't want to have to weigh out something 3 times a day, plus I will be in classes a couple days a week too here pretty soon.

Did you start back up 12mg just twice a day? Will you increase or just keep it there?

I've found 12mg 4 or 5 times a day to be best for me, but that will cost me $60 per month to maintain. I'm not sure what I'm doing to do yet.
 
It costs you that much using bulk powder or caps? I need to find a new bulk source. The place I got it from before doesn't seem to carry it anymore. I might just end up ordering legit Stablon though.

Caps cost that much. I ordered some bulk powder for a really good price but unsure how I'm going to dose it throughout the day as I haven't bought empty gel caps yet.

Not anymore! The couple of times I took tianeptine too close to my workout I ended up nauseas and couldn't finish my workout. It's also too calming for me.

Thanks for the feedback. Others have said they like it. As always everyone reacts to things so uniquely.
 
Do you use water or alcohol for the suspension?

I've used water, but water kinda sucks. You have to keep it refrigerated and shake it profusely. The tianeptine can stick to the sides of your bottle with water.

So my answer would be to use neither. They sell a suspension for 'research chems' and the like, that's meant to hold everything in a stable solution. I read about this product over on the Longecity forum. I will try to find the name of it and post in here.

I'm surprised you find it calming! I get really stimulated from a high dose of it, while also feeling my mind 'open', with a simultaneous drop in anxiety.

How high of a dose do you find stimulating? 12mg is just right for anxiety relief and mood stabilization, but if I take 24mg I feel a strong dissociative and relaxing effect, and strong anxiety relief obviously, but too much like a medium dose of DXM. Not good to function at work or home lol. I've never gone higher though than 24mg because I can't imagine a higher dose being more "normal". Or perhaps there's a bell-curve in its effects?

I like to run this in the winter as I tend to get a bit down during end of December-February. Plus it's effects only tend to work for a few months at a time for me before it poops out.

For single-use dosing, ~50mg! I become very productive at this dose as well. I tend to get a bit of a block when I have a ton of work to do (anxiety causing it) and this just wipes that away. I do creative work, I'm a digital designer/video producer (editor and motion graphics) and I function completely fine if not better on it.

Well, I've been experimenting today with this bulk powder I received a few days ago and so far it feels completely different then the caps from SDFT. I'll update further later but I'm extremely concerned SDFT might be junk...

So far I can tell Ceretropic's makes me feel more connected to everything and everyone, increases mood dramatically (borders euphoria), and kills social phobia. SDFT's decreases anxiety and social phobia but doesn't increase the desire to socialize, whereas this does. And SDFT's makes me feel disconnected from everything at anything higher than 15mg.

One more thing I've noticed, my libido had kind of disappeared the past couple weeks while using SDFT's, but I could still perform when I felt like it. But Ceretropic's had launched it into overdrive. SDFT's must be bunk or a bad batch or something. There's no way this is the same chemical.

Ah, I see now that they use sulfate and not sodium, which SDFT does. The effects difference seems to be that sulfate lasts longer, but takes more of and longer to build. Sodium has acute effects and gives the energetic social feel, but can make some people feel a little "indifferent".

I highly recommend it. Lemme warn you about the taste though; it's worse then vile.
 
Oh, I know. I had the bulk before and couldn't handle it. I'll be capping it.

How do those capping machines work? Or will you do it individually? Because they look like it would be hard to cap multiple at a time and make sure you get an even amount of powder in each one, unless I'm just completely missing something about them.
 
I just have a little capper that holds 24 caps and I have a 12mg scoop. Drop a little scoop in each.
