Has there been any progress in determining whether or not antioxidants effect MPS and hypertrophy?
Last i read up on this there was a hypothesis that the reduction in exercise induced RNOS and interleukin-6 would blunt its adaptive effects. But i believe this resulted in reduced mitochondrial biogenesis and affected endurance, which most people dont give a rats a$$ about here.

This may be a big problem because not only does the regular BB consume copious amounts of food, most supplements are overdosed in said vitamins. And some people take extra intentionally.

I can't give you any proof of what I'm about to say, but I really doubt it makes any difference.
