Anti-estrogen supplement?

What's the best straight-up anti-estrogen? Not necessarily an AI to block estrogen conversion. Something that also doesn't have any test boosting type properties? Just a plain old estrogen reducer in a supplement form, not the prescription ones??

That should get you started with some ideas. Some of them are prescription I believe while others are not.

I don't think I know that much about anti-e vs AI, but the ones that I can think of off the top of my head that are not prescription would be: ATD(I think), Formestane, Rebound Reloaded, 7-oxo(I think)...

I really wish I knew more, but maybe someone else can chime in.

Look at DIM. It converts estrogen into a less active form.
