Anti e extreme - long term

Hey guys just curious, could I take this long term? There is no mention of duration on the box.

It also states to take 4 a day but I've been taking 2 a day and feeling good on it, so with the half dosing and no side effects you think I could safely make it a year round supp?

From the ingredients it doesn't seem to be anything like pharmacy estrogen tabs with all the natural ingredients in it.

Thought?
 
Most would say you can take for 8 to 12 weeks and then take a month off. I'd recommend that as well. In my opinion it's always good to give the body a great after a few months on any one product. You don't want your body building up tolerances etc.
