anti-angiogenesis effects of tocotrienols

So I found a study that states that angiogenesis is inhibited by consuming tocotrienols.

Angiogenesis is the formation of new blood vessels sprouting from old ones. Endurance training is supposed to bring about angiogenesis I think, so would this not be a bad thing?

It's a good thing as it relates to tumors.

“Tocotrienols showed inhibition of tumor cell-induced angiogenesis...”

So yeah, this would be considered a good thing.

On the flip side, Tocotrienols have actually been found to increase blood flow to bodily tissue (ie, the scalp) by having an anti-atherosclerotic effect. (cleaning of arteries)

I take it that you have a firm belief that smoking cigarettes is bad for the hair and skin.
