Hi!

As you can see its my very first thread in this forum (Wishing it will be the first of tons..) Im form Spain and dont speak very well in your language, just trying to do my best.

Well.. On last days of next january i will compete in the European BJJ tournament and i will be on 190 lbs and ripped (Always speaking naturally, legally). Now Im 6´1 and 188 lbs and 12% BF... I would want stay around 8-9%. Im mesomorph and i think i can do this it i train hard and SMART...

Now, im training BJJ from 2 to 4 hours everyday, but mostly 2 hours of BJJ and 1 of lifting weights.

This is my schedule:

9:00 Wake Up
-Breakfast: Skim milk, corn flakes or quaker oats
10:30-11:45 Bjj
-PreW: 1 serving Supercharge
12:00-12:40 Lifting Weights
-PW: Protein shake + creatine
2:00PM Meal 2: Rice/Pasta
5:00PM Meal 3: Protein from chicken, turkey, fish....
7:00-20:00 Bjj
8:30PM Protein Shake + creatine (mono)
9:30PM Protein from chicken/fish + health fats
11:30PM Idem last meal

Actually im eating around 2000 kcal (approx. 42 CH,42 Prot,16 Fats)

Well... I was viewing a lot of info from you about the Anarchy Stack. I will order this:


500 pills Green Tea Extract
250 pills Alcar 500 mg
500 pills Tonalin CLA
250 pills R-Ala 100mg each

This is for a 40 days supply...
5gr/day of GTE 10 piils/day
3gr/dar Alcar (6 pills)
10gr/day or REAL CLA (12-13 pills/day)
600mg/day R-Ala (6 pills/day)

Now, how can i use all those components? 2-3 time a day, right?
All this is enough for my goal? Something for for help/speed up recovery?
