Another Protien Pancake (very simple and delicious)

3 eggs or egg whites (depends on how many cals you wnat)
1/2 C cottage cheese
1/2 C oatmeal
1/2 tsp baking powder

blend together
cooking in a 10 inch skillet yields 2 pancakes! make sure you use nonstick spray though!

I'm not a big fan of cottage cheese, but I love a good protein pancake.
 
you can't taste the cottage cheese at all. It just adds extra protein and keeps it moist. Some people just do eggs and oatmeal but I think it's too dry. Top it with some berries or peanut butter. You'd never know there was cottage cheese in it
