Another PR with Prime and AP

After a layoff due to a lower back strain, I resumed training almost two weeks ago. Monday I did my 3RM and again met with success.

Squat: 395 lbs
Deadlift: 410 lbs.

My bench is still stuck at 275, but I believe I'll hit 280 the next max session.

My 1RM tested on 12-27-08 was:

Squat 410 lbs
Bench 280 lbs
Deadlift 435 lbs.

By the time my meet arrives in March, my goal is to be squatting and pulling over 500 lbs and benching over 300 lbs. I know I'll make it!
Prime and AP are keeping the gains coming! Thanks again!
 
Increase the cals to increase the weight bud, always remember that. Especially with AP you can really get away with it.
