another pancake recipe

1-cup whey protein (mine was chocolate)
1-tblsp sugar/sugar sub.
1-tsp baking powder
1/4-tsp baking soda
1/4-tsp salt
1-beaten egg
1/2-cup of milk
1/2-cup water
2-tblsp cooking oil
1-2 tsp of vanilla extract (opt.)
1-sprinkle of cinnamon

mix dry ingredients together
mix beaten egg,water,milk & oil together
now add wet ingredients to dry & mix both


I used a cast iron griddle. This mixture is kinda runny & you have to really watch your heat, or you will burn theese. It took some practice cakes to get my constancy, but they tasted pretty good.
