Another Gyno question...

I know this topic has been visited many times but here is my own story..

I am currently on:
Test E 500mg/week
Superdrol: 22.5mg/ day


For gyno I am taking:

Inhibit E
Arimistane
Arimidex 1mg every other day
Inhibit P
P5P

However, I still have a small amount of gyno (it’s not physically visual, but you can feel the lump under my right nipple).

I have nolvadex, clomid and prami on hand. I tried the prami at 0.375mg a day for a few days but it didn’t seem to help. Do I need to be on it longer to help?

What else can I add or adjust to control gyno?

Extreme side effect, which is rare, could be a blood clot. But, I believe that is universal with SERMs. Lower IGF is common.
