another eca ?

Im gonna try some bronkaid (25mg) caffeine (200mg) white willow bark (??)...found 400mg tablets by NOW Foods...is 400mg the correct serving with this or is 800 optimal....also want to add the yohimbine (2.5 mg per tab) so how much of this is desired...


ps...gonna be stacked with AT2, so should i skip the yohimbine as this contains Rauwolscine HCL 7g.........or is it safe to add more cause i did oep and at2 together with no side affects
 
I would slow down and just start with EC. You really shouldn't need to stack anything with EC. I don't know the oral dose of yohimbine but injected, 4mg has me shaking like a mad man.

Def do not take yohimibine with ECA, it will put too much stress on the heart. If you want to use an akpha 2 antagonist go with alpha yohimbine or otherwise known as Rauwolscine.

so then eca and alpha t-2....no yohimbine caps with it....gonna give this a go

ps...still wondering about the white willow bark dosage
