I currently workout three times per week(Push/Pull/Legs split) and do a sort of time-carb style diet with a refeed/cheat day on my Push day(monday).
I workout in the AM usually, so breakfast on Wednesday and Friday is my preworkout meal(usually 1/2 c. Buckwheat groats with 6oz lean pork tenderloin + soy sauce= about 50g carbs, 30g pro) at about 6:30-7:00AM.I dose 1 AP before breakfast. I go to workout at 8:00-8:30 and get back by 9:45 usually. I down a 50g Dex/24g pro shake and an hour later, I eat a small sandwhich(usually 2 pieces of Ezekiel bread with pastrami or ham- 30g carbs, 24g pro). I then go low/no carb, keto style pro/fat for the remainder of the day.How should I dose my second AP? With my PWO shake? Should I take 3 AP, or is two plenty given that I consume my all my carbs in a 4-5 hour window?
Also, would Apple Cider Vinegar interfere with AP's actions? I usually take 2-4 tbls before carb meals and in my PWO shake(I actually like the acidic taste in contrast with the sweetness).
Any help would be appreciated.
