Animis 30 day challenge

haven't heard bout you guys but,welcome and good promo.I been down for awhile and may try this.I already used omniscient and my son uses it also.We are interested in Cordis!!
 
i think that would benefit anyone from signing up if they had no idea what they were getting themselves into with a product category or label. Just coming from a consumer standpoint.

Sounds like an amazing product line. I am curious how exactly will you know that the person is doing what it is they claim every day for 30,days? I know its kind of a jerk question but it is one I could not help but to have thought about...all the same welcome and as we speak I am trying to come up with something I can do.
 
I'm interested in this challenge. I will commit to two things for the 30 days. Read for 30 minutes each day and exercise in some way each day. I will encourage others each day to do the same.

Bumping this in the early stage of the competition.



I decided to lead by example and participate along with you guys. And although I am not eligible to actually win I will be participating along with you guys and others from different forums for self fulfillment reasons.

My goal for the next 30 days will be home life related. I will be reading a kids book, doing a puzzle, or drawing a picture, or whatever else she asks of me with my 3 year old daughter everyday for the next 30 days (and beyond as a long time goal). Although I do the above very often, it is not a nightly thing and I plan on changing that as father daughter time must not be sacrificed IMO. This is something I need to do nightly, every night, for as long as my daughter wishes.

Lets get some involvement here people. Think of this as an incentive to do something you have been putting off, havent got around to, or just something you have wanted to do for a long time but just havent found the motivation. Animis is supplying the motivation, all you have to do is supply the commitment.
 
Nobody knows what they are erring or may review

Having someone log something with no profile or not ouch to know about something is a little odd because you may not react well without knowing what your putting in your body that's a downside as a bystander

Awesome thread! I started doing this and I really love doing something new everyday. I picked up a guitar, picked up a book, picked up Muay Thai, became more aware of my surroundings and everyone around me, became more appreciative of everyone, followed through with everything til the end, and so much more! I feel like a brand new, better me! :D
