I'm on a mission to gain 15 pounds of lean mass or more.
I will be doing 42 day cycle of animal test, along with a 4 week cycle of M stak. the entire cycle will last about 2-3 months
I'm 6'2 and 205 pds
Tell me what you think

My stack
Breakfest- Animal Pak
90 mind pre- 1/2 muscle milk 1/2 whey- 40g protein, animal test
60 min pre- 1/2 scoop green mag, glycergrow
45 min pre- 2 scoops white flood, animal pump
During working out- 2 scoops of purple wraath, 1 scoop of glycergrow in 1 gallon of water
immedielty after work out- 1/2 scoop of green mag, 1 scoop of glycergrow
20 mins after workout- 1 scoop of muscle milk, 1 scoop of whey- 40 g of protein
before bed- white blood

My diet will mainly consist of- chicken, turkey, tuna/ fish, 90% lean ground beef, skim/ 1% milk, gallon of water or more a day, eggs/ egg whites, oatmeal, all natural peanut butter,corn, sweet potatoes, baked potatoes, fruit, veggies, whole grain bread, flax, and protein bars
the diet will be from 3000 to 4000 calories a day

*** i did not include warm up sets, and on some bi's/ back/ shoulders/ chest excercises i will sometimes switch from barbell to dumbbell

any suggestions?? What do you guys think?

The ingredience profile looks a bit weird. I dont see how they fall into place. Doesnt say how much AA is in there. Might as well take X-Factor. 1500 mg blend does not mean 1500mg of AA. Could be 100mg for all you know. X-Factor is MUCH cheaper and you know how much is in it. 63 bucks for animal test. 63 divided by 21 thats 3 bucks a pack. Insane if you ask me.
 
the only product i support from universal nutrition is the animal pak. ive tried the M stack...complete bunk IMO. did absolutely nothing for me. i agree with cellardude get AA. I ahvent personally tried it yet but i am itching to. im on too much other stuff right now to jump into AA. once i start running out of things i will jump on the AA+ecdy stack.

Bulk is cheaper. To be honest I wouldnt spent the money on the softgels. Way too much for a college student. Bulk is the way to go. Id would shell out the 70 for the bulk, not 90 for the soft gel. Im in day 19 or 18 into X-Factor and Drive. Went from 195-200. I weighed in at 200, and yes I did drink water but im sure 2-3 pounds could attribute to the superclean diet and Drive and X-Factor. Ive started to lean out as well.
 
Cut the ground beef and egg whites and replace it with steak and whole eggs. You will get more AA than Animal Test.
With the money you save you can add bulk AA or X-factor and another test booster (Activate Xtreme, Powerfull, RPM+Drive, DTH)?

I should eat extra eggs while on X-Factor but I blew out 15 dozen eggs in 3 weeks. I got sick of them like crazy. :lol:
 
I just drink my eggs... 6 eggs, half cup milk, vanilla, 1tsp splenda... Yum

with the yolk? I know the yolk is the part that contains the AA but cholestorol went up. I tried cutting most of the yolks out too. Damn the bad family history of high cholestorol.
 
I am yet to see evidence that eggs actually raise your levels of cholesterol... But then, if you are at risk, I probably would not fool around with it.

Yeah, I drink em with the yolks.

lol f**k no. After eatting that, I was told to have unhealthy ammounts of cholesterol. I didnt eat all the yolks though. Maybe 2 a day. Sometimes 3. But still with that I got into trouble.
 
500g of X-factor is 50g of AA. Bulk X-Factor is 10% concentration. Not enough to megadose unless you buy some bulk and a bottle of X-Factor. Just letting you know :thumbsup:

Yeah, I know but he said he was going to get 2 things of Animal test and one animal test is about the same price as one order of bulk AA. Thus if he ordered two things of bulk AA he could run 2grams/day for 50 days or 1gram/day for 100 days. I would consider 2 grams/day to be megadosing.
