Hi Everyone,

Stats currently at 6ft 183p. I'm in the final three week run before my wedding. Looking to define just a little more for that honeymoon body. I have had some great results with Yerba Mate & Cha De Bugre along with 6-bromo. I have changed my training slightly to more multi joint exercises and my body has responded well.

I'm very interested to see how Animal cuts and X-Lean work together. Got my X-Lean today and have been running Cuts (2 pack daily) for a few days. Half an hour of skipping upon waking 5 out of seven days and 4 workouts a week. Lets get to that honeymoon body. Pics to follow at the end of the run.

Cheers Everyone, more soon,

Greg

A few days in and everything is going well, Feeling leaner. The Animal cuts 2 packs a day is pretty wild, have to use something to get to sleep. Really starting to clean up the diet, i'll post a typical day soon, cheers everyone

I thought i'd run through a typical day of food.

Meal 1
1/2 cup oats
Protein Shake on low fat milk
Banana & Honey
(i put the protein shake with the oats and microwave it)

Meal 2
Handful of Nuts
Protein shake on water or MRP shake or Bar

Meal 3
Chicken or fish
Salad or Steamed vege

Meal 4
Banana & Nuts

Meal 5
Chicken, beef or fish
Steam vege

Meal 6
Cottage cheese & Pinapple

This is a really typical day, couple of cheat meals a week but usually on the same day.

Everything going along nicely, Using Dermatherm by PP as well now. Vascularity coming out more than ever before. If you can get past all the pills Animal Cuts are the bomb. Here's my workout today.
20 min Skipping upon waking
Workout
Front Sqaut 3x8
superset
Pullups 3x8
Stiff Leg Deads 3x8
superset
Underhand bent Row 3x8
Giant set
Tri pushdown 3x20
Walking Lunges 20
Rope curls
Renegade pushups
done 3 time
Single arm swing 10 each arm
Double arm swing heavy 8 reps

Basically as little rest as possible through supersets and Giant set. Gets the heart really pumping. What do you think???

You really need to ditch the pineapple at night, those simple carbs aren't going to help you. You are smart to cut out the complex carbs after meal 4 and instead of a banana on meal 4, I would suggest a protein source to go along with the healthy fats.
