Andromass Log: 8wk AM w/ SD kicker --> osta/s4

I'll be getting the blood work done a few weeks after I finish the torem. Should I remain on a higher than normal dose of torem to aide in the estro rebound from the letro? Should I keep taking letro at 0.25mg for longer than 10 days?
 
Okay, stuck to the taper. Been doing 0.25mg letro EOD for the past week. Before that it was 0.5mg EOD. I still feel that my chest area is carrying excessive fat, but can't figure out if its gyno related... perhaps prepubescent? I finally got this caber in the mail... I am gonna run this bottle of forma then go natty for a few months while I travel.

Just for an update: I started doing 3 days a week lifting, the intensity wasn't there the past few weeks, plus school... Bottom line, I'm weighing in at 186# (which is up 12#-ish from when I started), my diet has been questionable, and while I've lost the APPARENT ON "look" my strength is still THROUGH THE ROOF. I was able to do 100# db's today on flat for a few reps after a great chest work out. Overall, I'm pleased as can be. Strenght is just wild... When I wrestle people they are extremely surprised.. hahaha... i train core all day. :D

***MAIN QUESTION: I am stopping letro. I am going to run a LOW dose of torem - 30mg EOD from here on out for the next 2 weeks. I want to add in FORMA as my even milder AI to come off the letro (this all seems so complicated, but I love it). I am worried about rebound, but I think it is under control with the disciplined taper I did with letro/torem (THANKS SO MUCH FOR THAT ADVICE GUYS-SAVED MY ASS).

Can something like Nolva/Caber be run in between cycles to eliminate puffy nips/gyno?
 
You really should lay off of the SERMs and AIs for awhile. The body needs a chance to return to homeostasis and you especially need time to repair your lipids. There's no point in going to a more mild AI in an attempt to avoid rebound.
 
Man, Sustain Alpha is going to be the best product to use when coming off something like letro or even a higher dosed SERM. The trans-resveratrol in SA helps normalize estrogen levels (not just crush them).

AND IT'S GOOD FOR YOUR HEART! Other AIs are not!!

This is a very under-mentioned aspect of what you should be considering at this point. Letro can seriously skew lipids.
