Hey guys,
I have been reading much about the Andromass and lean and I want to give them a go, but i feel like I still know nothing about them. I just need to know if its worth it for me to give them a go.
Background -I am first off 6'2" and am now 22. Lifted for about 5 years strait and 3 and a 1/2 of them were pretty serious. I went from 184 lbs to 270 - 278 (varied) in the last 3 and a 1/2 of the 5 years. I was in no way ripped, but I was in decent shape, probably around 16% bf. About a year ago, I tore my ACL. I was out for about 7 months in all. Weight was at around 260, but %bf was bad. I don't know what it was but I do know it was higher than what I wanted. I have been going again now for about 5 months and I believe I actually have my %bf lower than it was when I thought I was in shape (It at least looks like it). I am now about 240. Looking to get my %bf real low then start bulking when I start doing legs again (2-3 more months) and make some cleaner gains.
Split
mon- Chest, Back, Abs (nonweighted), 30 mins HIIT cardio
tues- Bis, Tris, Shoulders
wed- Will be legs but OFF for now, 30 mins steady cardio, Abs (weighted)
thurs-Chest, Back
fri- Bis, Tris, Shoulders, Abs (nonweighted), 30 mins HIIT cardio
sat- Will be legs but OFF for now.
sun- OFF
I have never done gear. First off, don't know how to attain it and secondly, even though I have done research, I know that I do not know enough for that.
So basically, with protein, a multi, BCAAs, and a preworkout, would Androlean and Androhard stacked together give me some good results with a clean diet and the split I am going by now. I mean, its a bit pricey so I need to know before I jump in. Also, after I get more cut, would it then be beneficial to do Andromass maybe stacked with Androhard again?
One more thing... If the answers to the above questions are yes, what kind of PCT would I be looking at getting and would I need liver support like some milk thistle?
