AndroHARD + AndroSHRED Basic Info and Dosaging info!!

They say epiando is good usually at 800-1000mg a day... I can run the Androhard at a higher dose, but I figured I just use the epiandro max to fill in the gap since I already have it. I want to get to the 1000mg.

Seems excessive in my experience. But of course everyone responds differently. I get amazing results w/ 400 mgs (Androhard). Which is probably equivalent to 1000 mgs orals (since the liver & GI system breakdown a large portion).
Just curious, how do you feel at 800-1000?
If i go too high, i get too aggressive/pissed off.

This is my first time using epiandro and I haven't gone past the 12 pumps a day. So not sure how I will respond to the higher dose.
 
How long is a bottle of andro hard lasting everybody? Does the dispenser work well. I read through the thread because Ive used OL transdermals and even measured one bottle out and last a little over two weeks and was supposed to go a month lol

Depends how you run it.

A bottle is 8oz. 8oz= 236mL:

One serving is 3 pumps of lotion. 3 pumps of lotion = 1mL. 100mgs of product (50mgs epi, 50mgs of androsterone) per mL.

My personally recommendation is to run it at 300-600mgs per day. In 2 or 3 dosagings. With 400mgs being the average my clients used and like. 400mgs and higher shows aggression and anger in some users.

Remember this is DHT.

So depending on how you run this should last a long long time. 30-60 days use per bottle is an average. Very good value if you break down the price and contents.

So in theory 12 pumps a day is approximately 200mg of Epiandro. Starting next week I'm going to add 400mg Epiandro in pill form pre-workout to see if it kicks in harder. It's decent at 12 pumps, but just not quite there for me if you know what I mean. I'm hoping I can do 4 more weeks using both TD and pill form.

Thank you for clarifying. I am taking rad140 at 15mg and then I’ll be using andro hard as well. Light little cutting cycle. Looking to retain muscle and get a harder fuller look. Rad is supposed to help prevent some prostate issues and androsterone has some positive effects on cholesterol. In theory these combine great and help offset the other’s side effects. I also have some alpha gainz alpha andro (r andro) so I was thinking of doing ten pumps of Andro Hard and 1ml of alpha andro (100mg). Sound decent enough?

No shedding but im using Rogaine.
Fyi- if anybody uses dht blockers like saw palmetto (mild) or Propecia (strong), is negating the whole purpose of Androhard. Plus I will never touch Propecia again. It’s been proven to cause ED even after med is discontinued. I had issues for a long time after using it.
It’s called Post Finasteride Syndrome.
Would much rather deal w/ hair loss than ED.

I have heard of it happening.

BUT...the few people that reported it, were also using AAS as the same time..

So, tough to say.

Def if you are prone to loss, I'd watch the hairline.

A trick you can do is to use Nizoral 2% shampoo, or Pura D or (both dht block shampoos), massage into scalp, let sit 5 minutes, rinse. Do this EOD at the least. Then before bed, get some Organic or cold pressed Castor Oil. Apply a tiny amount into the scalp before bed at night (after washing). This can help retain hair, and thicken. Some people see regrowth, though you will hear that is impossible. I have seen it myself.

100% works well. Consistently measures the same amount and never clogs. Having used both OL an MG, Muscle Gelz are superior in ever way. However, in an effort to be entirely transparent, I have never counted the days to see how accurate the calculations have been (ie 3 pumps = 1 ml).

If I workout in the mornings when would be the best time to apply AndroHard? Obviously sweating during the workout would affect the absorption and efficiency of the gel.

I’d be shocked if body weight doesn’t increase soon.

Yeah bro same here, I’m using it with LGD and I can’t seem to gain weight. Great libido and fat loss though. Solid product just can’t gain weight with it.

I knew it had epi-andro, just didn't know if you could just use an OTC PCT since it is dosed lower than oral epi.

Initialaly apeaking, it may look like it is a smaller dosage. But, you need to remember the oral dosages are 5-7% whereas transdermal is about 30%. Strictly by the numbers, 1000mg of oral would yield 50-70 mg in comparison to a mere 167-234 mg of transdermal (remember that transdermal absorbs at a much higher rate). That bottle of Androhard lasts a lot longer than the oral equivalent.

Well if you are working out at 4 am, I'd do your workout first, shower and then apply the gels early am and then mid afternoon your second application

For instance, depending how high you want to go, a very good dosaging would be 6-9 pumps of each 2x per day. Just watch the BP spike if you are sensitive to a high dose of Androhard at once. You can always do 6 and 6 and try for a week and then adjust to a higher dose?

The gels really need to be on the skin 6+ hours, that is how long they are active, upwards of 8 hours. So a dosaging for you at say 530 am and then again at 1-2 pm, would be ideal and will not keep you up at night :)

Well if this is the case, then do this each and every day. After your 4am workout, do a hot shower, shave the area even if you can, it will absorb better. Apply within 5minutes of getting out of the shower, you will see far SUPERIOR absorption this way. You might lose a bit of the product, if you are literally in the hot sun drenched.

Come home after work, shower again and re-apply.

This would be the best way to do it for someone with a high intensity manual labor job.

As is androshred can make you drenched in sweat in the gym, so stay more hydrated at work. At the same time, you should body recomp insane if you have a high intensity job and these two products. You should see massive lean gains and muscle hardening.

I have a client who I ran on this combo last year. He dropped more weight then he expected in 2-3 months. But he held onto his muscle and he also looks way way bigger and muscular after the run.

Oh yeah jack up your protein intake too if you are going to be looking to potentially add some small lean muscle. You will not put on a lot, but you might see a few pounds. But you will see strength increases.

IML and MG, we don't have protein but if you want a very good protein source, I personally suggest supplementing with ProBlend by raw Dynamix. It is egg,whey, casein and partially hydrolyzed protein. So you can even blend a scoop of this in with say milk, yogurt, banana, 2tbsps of peanut butter, and anything else you want. Will give you constant feeding for a few hours, so while you are performing manual labor, you are not experiencing a high degree of catabolism.

Also AndroShred is anti-cortisol, and anti-catabolic. It will help you hold onto a higher % of muscle while body recomping.

Does it make any sense to use AndroHard locally in the breast area for anti-gyno purposes or does it just work systemically?

I have used Pp’s AH back in the days to shrink a gyno lump, which was very effective. Unfortunately I’ve got a flare up of that now many years later and thinking about give Muscle Gelz version a try for this as well.

You can but it won't have the systemic effects that you are looking for. Androshred on the other hand has some water eliminating properties at the site..

BUT most important, try Brazillian Tight by musclegelz. This is part of my protocol that I use with my clients. Read up on it. It actually can convert fat cells beneath the surface into basically tissue. A process called reverse differentiation. I know this sounds bizarre or impossible but it is not.

Then if you really want to kick out the gyno, use 20-40mgs of nolva per day. I have my clients use that, cabaser @.5mgs E3d and also androshred on the belly and brazillian tight on the chest all around the nipples and lower chest, sides, etc.

We see excellent improvements with this process. Even if you cannot get all of those compounds, just the Brazillian tight and androhard combo even would make a significant difference with many users gyno.

Could buy it from my store Invalid Link Removed but the shipping INT is going to be very expensive FYI. At least $25-40 bucks is the shipping to the UK for any package under 2lbs. After that it is more.

This is basically an unspoken tarriff that the UK charges. Also they can charge you a fee to take the products once they land in the UK as well. I would imagine this keeps people from buying foreign products?

Where abouts in the EU are you from?
 
I wouldn't say it is a test base bc it is DHT. Although we know test converts to DHT.

If you wanted a pure "test" base maybe go with some TD 4-andro or even oral 4 andro.

Come to think of it, I think Dermacrine came back out and is for sale at So Cal Nutrition? I forget, but that might have the compounds you specifically want.

On a different note, look at Eric P's lab tests on users using his OG androhard..which is this exact formula. We saw people total test levels going from say 500-600 to upwards of 2K if my memory serves me correct?

So lets say on the androshred, you are doing 400mgs, or 4mL per day. That bottle is going to last you (236 divided by 4) almost 2 months.

You will see improvement in metabolism, fat burning, improvements in energy and mood.




ANDROHARD


3 pumps of both androhard a is equal to 1mL. 1mL is equal to is equal to 100mgs of epiandro and randro combined.

On the androhard, you want to dose it 300-600mgs per day. In 2 even dosages. First thing in the am, and either mid afternoon or before bed. Your preference.

The Androhard..honestly from about 50% of the clients I talk to, anything above 400mgs per day of androhard and they get pissed off.

On the Androhard expect to see lean muscle gains, superb vascularity, muscle hardening and revealing of muscle. Mood increases and libido increases. Strengh improvements and aggression increases.


These bottles are 8 ounce bottles. 8 ounces = 236mL. This means you have 236 total servings.

Really this product is beyond fairly priced when you consider that.


Where do I apply this?

We know from studies that the most optimal place to applly transdermal anabolics like Testosterone gels is as follows:

#1- Testicles are the highest rate of absorption (most people don't wanna later these up...so moving on...

#2- Shoulders, upper chest and arms (upper biceps) is the next most common

#3- Lower Abdominals


Directions:

When you apply, rub in very well. Try and use only 2 fingers, because if you use your entire hand you are going to get alot of these gels on your hands and waste it.

I personally apply 6 pumps to one area..Rub it in somewhat well and then I allow it to air dry for 5 minutes.

Can I mix these?

Yes you can mix them and apply them together in the same areas.

Is AndroShred 7-keto Suppressive?

NO

Is AndroHard (DHT) Suppressive?
